10 months

AJ is 10 months old now & he got his very first haircut on Thursday. I wasn't able to get pictures cuz I was busy trying to hold him still while Alex trimmed his hair. I think he took a little to much off, but hopefully it will grow back soon. It kinda looks like a crew cut.

I was in the kitchen the other day and turned around to find that Aj had found a great new hiding spot. These were taken before his haircut.

He saw the cans of juice & went after them, guess he was thirsty. :)

We videotaped AJ last night but I don't have the right equipment to upload it from the video camera on here, so I tried to take some with my digital camera. I was trying to take it while he was dancing, but he saw me & quit. He is so funny when he dances, its so cute! You can see a little of it here.

Aaliyah's Valentine photos

Here are a few of the pictures I took of Aaliyah for Valentines Day. She posed a little better than AJ but she was very wiggly also, so I didn't get as many good ones as I wanted, but I think there are a few cute ones. I have more on my facebook album, but I didn't want to put them all on here. She's almost 3 years old now & is so smart! Today I asked her to stop crying and she replied with "Ok mommy, I'll stop crying, I promise." That made me smile. If you ask her to do something while she's playing, she'll say no, mommy I'm to busy. She's been singing the ABC song today, & sometimes I'm amazed at all the things she already knows, like colors & numbers in English & Spanish, shapes, animals & their noises. She's a quick learner & continuously surprises me with new things. Aren't kids fun?

Happy Valentines Day!

Happy Valentines day everyone! I tried to get some Valentine pictures, but no one would cooperate, & Aaliyah left with Papa, so I don't have any of her yet. AJ doesn't hold still for a second, so it is becoming very difficult to get a good picture of him, but I really tried.
We got a big surprise today from my parents, they got us a really nice Select Comfort bed at a sale for a small fraction of what its worth. It's great, we love it! Hopefully I will stop getting backaches now. It even does massages and everything. I owe a big thank you to them!
